Will we meet prior to our event?
Definitely! A private consultation will be arranged with you to review all the specifics of your celebration
Could you please supply us references?
Yes, references are supplied to interested clients. A list of references including client, phone numbers and email addresses are available upon request.
Are you insured?
Yes. Insured and registered as a legal business. Lanie Mac Music belongs to the National Association of Mobil Entertainers (N.A.M.E) and maintains a current liability policy.
What type of equipment do you operate/own?
Lanie Mac Music always entertains with only the cleanest, sharpest and distortion free sound possible. Only the best names in professional electronics are used. A variety of equipment with more than enough power to entertain a small indoor gathering or an extra large outdoor gathering (600 + guests) is available for your function.
Do you provide a list of music?
This site contains a list of the top 200 most requested from last year and some suggested songs for specialty dances for weddings. Our music collection is updated weekly-always to accommodate your personal selections. Please browse the top 200 songs and let us know your style. This list serves as a starting point for you. We have access to more music than you could imagine.
Will the DJ try to steal the spotlight from me at my function?
Lanie Mac Music realizes this is your event. Interaction is provided based on the level you want.
Do you take personal requests?
Absolutely! This is your event and we will do everything possible to make your day perfect.
Should I include my DJ in the meal count?
Ultimately the choice is yours; however, it is customary to for the vendors to be fed.
Should I tip my DJ?
Tips are not expected, but always appreciated.
